I give this breathe to Christ

Christ have Mercy on me a sinner.

I give this breathe to you.

Over and over I repeat this. With each inhale and exhale, one rep. And when it is realized there has been a distraction, simply resume. Continue with the distraction, and some reflection and penance may be required to resume, and other times nothing is needed other than resuming. Even if great lengths of time have passed. Have a confessor.

Then repeat this larger cycle until even the the most minor movement of the fingers are energized by the living stream love pouring forth from the very bosom of God. Be still, Be with God.
